Wide Roofing & Construction is a licensed general contractor (License #CCC1334250) providing residential and commercial roofing and construction services throughout South Florida, including roof replacement, roof repair and maintenance, roof leak repair, roof inspections, impact windows and doors, remodeling, and general construction. All estimates are free and non-binding until a signed contract is executed.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your project and interactions with us (for example, appointment reminders or project updates). You can expect approximately 1–4 messages per month, though this may vary.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to resume receiving messages, sign up as you did the first time and we will begin sending messages again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues, reply HELP or contact us directly at (305) 684-2220.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers.
• No Sharing of Opt-In Data: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance.

3. Estimates, Quotes & Scheduling

Free inspections and estimates provided by Wide Roofing & Construction are based on a visual assessment and information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract. Scheduling of inspections, estimates, and installation work is subject to availability and weather conditions.

4. Permits & Licensing

Wide Roofing & Construction pulls all required permits for applicable projects and works to ensure installations comply with local building codes and Florida Product Approvals. Permit timelines are subject to local municipality processing times, which are outside of our control.

5. Financing

Where financing options are made available, financing is provided by independent third-party lenders. Wide Roofing & Construction is not a lender and is not responsible for the terms, approval decisions, or servicing of any financing agreement. Please review all financing terms carefully before agreeing to them.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity when submitting a form or contact request.

7. Intellectual Property
